Namaste. My name is Zaira. I’m a certified yoga instructor guiding classes that emphasize mindful movements for athletes. I combine restorative techniques and functional mobility work to help athletes rebuild balance, flexibility, and joint stability.

My classes focus on improving body awareness, releasing tension, and enhancing circulation to support fasterrecovery and long-term performance.

Through a blend of breathwork, active stretching, and gentle flow, I guide students to reconnect with their bodies, restore range of motion, and cultivate resilience—both mentally and physically.

These classes are for all levels.
